So the story begins...
Howdy partner! Let me tell y’all 'bout how it all started. In the town of Deadwood, South Dakota where Chuck Wagon BBQ brothers, Maverick and Sanchez overheard outlaw Biff Tannen during a late night, drunken game of poker mention he was on the hunt for 500 abandoned gold coins known to be hidden in the Wild Wild West Midlands.
Looking to avoid the likes of Sheriff, Archie ‘Trigger Finger’ Malone, other outlaws, gamblers and gun slinging cowboys, Maverick and Sanchez set off to reach Rodeos Saloon Bar. Most famously known as being stomping ground of the adventurous ‘Calamity’ Jane and ‘Wild’ Bill Hickok (who was shot in the back by Jake McCall while holding a poker hand of Aces and Eights, known thereafter the ‘Dead Mans Hand’). Stopping off at every BBQ joint on the way and bringing their own style of South America’s low and slow food into the Rodeos Saloon.
To keep their gold searching trip under wraps they both put together a ‘type of bbq you don’t have at home’ menu while secretly continuing their search for the last known old west gold coins.
Don’t be a Yellow Belly. Why don’t y’all come and take a step into the Wild West. Enjoy Maverick and Sanchez’s loosen the belt food and join them on their hunt for the remaining gold coins.
Don’t forget to tie your horse to the rails, leave your guns at the door and eat like a cowboy or cowgirl.
With weekly live music, rodeo nights and some of the best South American smoked food this side of the pond ya’ll be talking about the Hog Killin' Time for the rest of ya'll lives.

With a strong passion for good homemade American smoke food our family friendly venue is Wolverhampton’s fantastic new Wild West experience that everyone is sure to enjoy.
We’re here smoking early every morning. ‘Low ‘n’ Slow is the way we go. Pull apart brisket that will hit the spot.
St Louis meaty ribs and flame grilled Tomahawks this is some selection of the best southern food to come out of America. It’s loosen your belt time, you won’t go home hungry.

We have a long good ole list of performers strumming their guitar, practising their songs itching to perform at our venue. With many special events lined up from tribute nights, cocktail nights, food challenge nights to our monthly rodeo night where you could ride Steve (the) Bull.
Wolverhampton’s newest and unique venue is certainly the place to be.
