1.⁠ ⁠Do I need to make a reservation to dine at Rodeo's BBQ?

While we welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend making a reservation, especially during peak hours or for special events. This ensures we can accommodate y’all properly and provide the best service.

 2.⁠ ⁠How do I make a reservation at Rodeo's BBQ?

You can make a reservation directly through our online booking system on our website, or by calling the restaurant at 01902 423747. For larger groups (12 or more), we require a pre-order 48 hours in advance.

 3.⁠ ⁠What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
   •    Dining Reservations: Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking are fully refunded.
   •    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a £10 per person charge if pre-authorised.
   •    Live Music & Events: If you cancel 3+ days before the event, you may receive a refund. No refunds are available for cancellations after the deadline or for no-shows. £20 per person charge for online no-shows or late cancellations.

 4.⁠ ⁠What is the dress code at Rodeo's BBQ?

Come as you are! We embrace a casual, Western-inspired vibe. Feel free to wear your favourite jeans, boots, and cowboy hats!

 5.⁠ ⁠Do you have a kids’ menu?

Absolutely! We welcome cowboys and cowgirls of all ages, and have a kids’ menu filled with delicious options. Highchairs are available upon request, but subject to availability.

 6.⁠ ⁠Are there any dietary restrictions or allergen options?

We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please speak with a member of staff for allergen information. Let us know your needs in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it work for you!

 7.⁠ ⁠Do you charge a service fee or tip?

We add a discretionary 5% service charge to all bills. This supports our hardworking team and P.O.R.T. charity. If you'd prefer not to tip, just let us know, and we'll remove it for you—no awkwardness at all!

 8.⁠ ⁠How do your Food Challenges work?

Our Food Challenges require a £10 deposit per challenger. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. You must give us 24 hours’ notice to book, and we reserve the right to restrict available times for challenges.

 9.⁠ ⁠What happens if my group has 12 or more members?

For groups of 12 or more, we require a pre-order to ensure we can accommodate y’all. Please note, if any members of the group no-show, their pre-ordered meals will still be charged.

10.⁠ ⁠How long do I have at my table?

Tables are allocated for 2-2.5 hours, depending on your party size. If you wish to stay longer, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate y’all, space permitting.

11.⁠ ⁠Can I privately hire Rodeo's BBQ?

We’re sorry, but we don’t offer private hire for the venue. However, you can book for parties of up to 130 for that ultimate country party experience! Contact us directly to discuss your booking!

12.⁠ ⁠What’s the parking situation at Rodeo's BBQ?

We have ample parking available nearby. If you’re unsure where to park, just ask a member of our team, and they’ll direct you to the closest spot.

13.⁠ ⁠Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes! While our BBQ menu is meat-heavy, we do offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please ask our team for assistance when you arrive!

14.⁠ ⁠Can I book a table for Live Music Events?

Yes! For Live Music and Tribute Nights, reservations are essential. A £20 deposit per person is required for in-house bookings, and online bookings require card pre-authorisation. The remaining balance is due one week before the event (four weeks for Christmas Hoedowns).

15.⁠ ⁠Can I reschedule my reservation or booking?

If you need to reschedule your reservation, we’ll do our best to accommodate y’all, but we kindly ask for 24-hour notice. One reschedule per booking is allowed. After that, the deposit may be forfeited.

16.⁠ ⁠What if I’m running late for my reservation?

If you’re running late, call us at 01902 423747. We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes after your scheduled time, but after that, we may need to release it to other guests, and your deposit will be forfeited.

17.⁠ ⁠Do you offer delivery or takeaway service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery or takeaway service. We’re all about providing the best dine-in experience with y’all!

18.⁠ ⁠What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, including Amex, as well as cash.

19.⁠ ⁠Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the entrance configuration with three flights of stairs and no area to install an elevator, access is restricted. However, we offer a walk-around virtual tour on our website that shows all our access areas, so you can review the layout before your visit.

20.⁠ ⁠Is the Mechanical Bull available to ride at all times?

The Mechanical Bull is usually available to ride with a charge of £2 per person per ride. However, some special eventsoffer a free ride.
   •    Restrictions: Riders must be above 1.2 meters tall or able to mount the bull unaided.
   •    The bull is not available during line dancing or certain live music events, but may be available later on that evening.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially for busy nights!
