Deposits

Dining Reservations
   •    Online bookings require card pre-authorisation to secure your table. No payment is taken unless you fail to show or cancel late, in which case a £10 per person charge will be applied.
   •    In-house or phone reservations require a £5/£10 deposit per Cowboy/Cowgirl, amount dependant on event. Deducted from your bill. Late cancelation or No-shows forfeit their deposit.

Live Music & Events
   •    Online bookings require card pre-authorisation. If you fail to pay the balance, show up, or cancel late, a £20 per person charge will be applied.
   •    In-house or phone bookings require a £20 per person deposit at the time of booking.
   •    The remaining balance is due one week before the event (four weeks for Christmas Hoedowns).
   •    Failure to pay the invoice on due time will result in a £20 per person charge and loss of your reservation.

Line Dancing & Food Challenges
   •    Line Dancing requires full payment upfront and is non-refundable.
   •    Food Challenge bookings require an additional £10 deposit per challenger. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   •    Food Challenges require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to book. Rodeo’s BBQ reserves the right to restrict the times available for challenges.

Pre-Orders for Large Groups
   •    Tables of 12 or more must provide a pre-order before their visit.
   •    Any no-shows in the party will still be charged for their pre-ordered meals.

Cancellations, No shows & Refunds

Dining Reservations
   •    Cancellations 24+ hours before your booking receive a full refund.
   •    No-shows or late cancellations forfeit their deposit or are charged £10 per person if pre-authorised.

Live Music & Events
   •    If we cancel an event, all deposits/payments will be refunded in full.
   •    If you cancel 3+ days before the event, you may receive a refund.
   •    No refunds for cancellations after the deadline or for no-shows. A £20 per person charge will apply if booked online.

No shows
  •    Any individual no shows will lose their amount of the deposit. Complete party no shows will lose full deposit. 

Processing Refunds
   •    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Late Arrivals & Table Duration
   •    Tables are allocated for 2 hours (longer for events).
   •    Arriving late? Your table will be held for 15 minutes before being given away.
   •    Contact us ASAP if you’re running late to avoid losing your booking.

Venue Rules & Other Policies

Guest Numbers
   •    We can seat groups of up to 10. Larger groups (12+) require Sheriff approval and a pre-order 48 hours in advance via our website contact form.

Food & Drinks
   •    All meals are cooked fresh daily—speak to staff for allergen info.
   •    If something ain’t right, let us know on checkback so we can fix it.
   •    No outside food or drink is allowed.

Children & Highchairs
   •    Kids are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
   •    Highchairs are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless requested at booking.

Service Charge (Token Tip)
   •    A discretionary 5% tip is added to bills, supporting our hard-working team & P.O.R.T Charity.
   •    Don’t wanna tip? Just let us know—no awkwardness.

Restaurant Rules
  •    Our venue has been built for numerous selfie opportunities please note these areas are not built for children to play on. This does put your child’s safety at risk and potential damage to our venue. Should any damage occur this would be reclaimable from the party. 
  •    Under no circumstances should anyone attempt to mount or move the bull without strict supervision from a rodeos representative. 
  •    Please check our bull riding rules with your server. 

Deals & Special Offers
   •    Offers must be mentioned at the time of arrival or ordering.
   •    No refunds will be issued for missed deals once the bill is settled.
