Rodeos BBQ was born during the lockdown days of 2021 – when life slowed down, and an idea began to take shape.

With The Sheriff’s background in building and a small crew who shared the same dream, we took an empty shell of a building in Wolverhampton and turned it into something we’d never seen in the UK before – a true Honky Tonk smokehouse, where the smell of slow-smoked BBQ meets the sound of live country music.

There were no big investors, no glossy plans – just heart, hustle, and a love for the Southern way of life. And when we finally opened those doors, something amazing happened. People showed up. They sang, they danced, they shared stories – and Rodeos became more than just a restaurant. It became a family.

Thanks to that loyal support, we were lucky enough to open our second Rodeos in Birmingham – a dream that’s taken us all the way to Nashville, meeting artists, soaking up inspiration, and making sure every detail — from the food on your plate to the music on stage – feels as authentic as the bars on Broadway.

We’re proud to stay independently owned, built from scratch with love, late nights, and a little bit of sawdust. Rodeos isn’t just somewhere to eat or drink – it’s where people come together for good food, live music, and a taste of something real.
