To secure your booking, we’ll take a pre-authorised card transaction at the time of reservation. You’ll then receive an invoice for a £10 non-refundable deposit per person, which must be paid within 14 days to confirm and hold your table.

Please Note: your table is not secured until the non refundable deposit is paid in full. Approximately 7 weeks before the event you will receive the balance invoice. The final balance invoice must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event, failure to do so risks the tickets being offered to our waiting list and you losing the deposit. This is gonna be one hell of a country party 🤠🇺🇸🎄🎅

Also note: Drinks Packages must be ordered and paid in full no later than two weeks before the event.
