Day to day, he’s constantly on the move — fixing, lifting, building and jumping in wherever he’s needed to keep things running smoothly.

Rodeos was Sheriff’s lockdown idea back in 2021. With his background in building, he turned an empty shell in Wolverhampton into the UK’s first honky tonk — complete with neon lights, BBQ smoke, and live country music. What started as a passion project has grown into a family-run brand bringing a taste of Nashville to the UK.
