Builder by trade, problem-solver by nature, Chalky keeps the wheels turning at Rodeos. From small fixes to full-blown builds and venue upgrades, he’s the steady heartbeat behind the scenes, always improving the space and making sure everything looks and works exactly as it should. Day to day, he’s constantly on the move — fixing, lifting, building and jumping in wherever he’s needed to keep things running smoothly.

Owner, 'The Sheriff'

Rodeos was Sheriff’s lockdown idea back in 2021. With his background in building, he turned an empty shell in Wolverhampton into the UK’s first honky tonk — complete with neon lights, BBQ smoke, and live country music. What started as a passion project has grown into a family-run brand bringing a taste of Nashville to the UK.
